Mural in our Classroom

Dear Parents, 

It has been such a wonderful week here at CJP teaching your children. If you havent met me yet, I am Morah Malka and I am substituting for Felicia over her maternity leave. 

Over this week we have been exploring shapes using geometric boards. We also worked on our matching skills and practiced matching pictures of animals to toy animals. 

Last week the children really enjoyed painting the hallway mural, so we decided to bring it into the classroom. We hung up paper and had the children paint using different shaped sponges. Some of the children opted to doing hand stamping like they did in the hallway. We added in more colors and painting tools.
